One of the DPO’s longest-standing traditions! These concerts give students the opportunity to hear the exciting sounds of a full orchestra in the acoustically perfect Schuster Center. Students also learn how music connects to many areas of their classroom curriculum.

All cultures have their own unique musical styles, instruments, and traditions. This concert will illustrate various folk music styles and will show how they have become a part of traditional orchestra music. This concert features the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Dayton Ballet II.
